Fed up with Fed-Ex, ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's day, wrote specific instructions on the address 2ND FLOOR - REAR. The driver drops it off at the front door, the package gets stolen and my mother's day surprise ruined, no flowers for my mom for Mother's day... Thank you so much Fed-Ex... Tip: hire people that can read the labels..
