Failingn to supply faulty modem which contained 5 gigabites bites and told me to use 500 megabitesrepaccement modem on a tempory basis that was i month agomodem still has not arrived meanwhile because i had not used though their fault the took the 5 gigabites off me naturally 500 megabites did not last soi they sent me a bill for 112 dollars when i went over the 500 megabites and my plan is n ormally 5 gigabites i warned them that modem had not arrived and would not be enough and technissiuon said he would rectify the situation and it did not happen and to date replacement modem has still not arrived i rang and complained a week ago and they hung up on mer this week yesterdahy i received a bill for 112 dollars
this is not the first time they have done this overcharges occur at least every second monthi have warned them several times before gthat i would takje them to consumer nafairs if this sort of thing occured again gthe rackert they practise ios giving freebies with junk that is faulty sign you up to a plan for artical that you cant uise because of faultswhy this is talking so long is their very low internet available went off twice while i am typing this
