I asked for help to import my e-mail from my ATT internet to my Comcast internet and ended up after 3 days with gmail and a request to take this protection for $399.00. I submitted by Discover It card and they processed it. I did not realize that gmail is with google not comcast and I have since got that corrected. I want to cancel this protection and get my money taken off my bill, which I have not yet received.
