I paid for 5 pairs of earings at a cost of £50, teeth whitening at a clinic at a cost of £50 and also I purchased paintballing day at a cost of £12, I have not recieved any of these items also I have NOT received any correspndance of the payment owed to myself even though I have tried numerous occasions of me trying to get some answers, payment has been made via my credit card which was deducted SRAIGHT AWAY from my acccount but heard nothing back or received payment back I think the customer care is none existant I think this acccount is a con someone somewhere is making alot of money out of us! How do I get help.
