When we fell behind with this company we made arrangements to catch up. We had a adjustable rate mortgage. They set us up and included attorney fees and court cost. We paid them six thousand dollars over six months. Then they begin wanting more, saying we never paid. We worked with them for over a year, and finally we just gave up filed bankruptacy and they foreclosed. We never did get credit for the 6000 dollars we paid them plus everything we paid. I want them to at least give credit we never did see that $6000 credited on that acccount. Now we started over and they still are reporting us as being behindThey got the house, sold it made money and still never gave credit for our six thousand dollars. So this company just is making money hand over fist. Also there was alot of times when they would call for a payment even after the payment was made. Where can we go to request a audit on this acccount. The house is gone and now we are renting after 11 years we lost it all.
