Don't use POD services... Extra charge for same day delivery... And rude! - PODS Delivery & Service

This is the second time I used POD services. The first time I was completely satisfied, but this time I was very upset. I called to have my POD delivered on a Saturday and picked up on a Sunday, the very next day I was then told There was no service on Sundays. So I asked for the POD to be dropped off early Saturday and picked up late Saturday. I was then told that would be a $75 fee for same day delivery! First of all, don't most people move on the weekends? A point of having a POD is for having time to load and unload it. I explained that i had moved from a home in the suburbs to a house in the city and that I share a driveway with a business so I can't have a PoD in the driveway during business hours... I asked for the fee to e waived, for same day service ss I am a valuable customer and just spent 8 months paying $169 each month on this POD and planned on using them again soon as this is a temporary home until our house is ready... No $75. So I then asked to have it dropped of Friday after 4:00pm and picked up Late Saturday (my son who I need to help unload is also in college and doesn't get home until Saturday after noon as he plays a sport). The woman said delivery times may not be guaranteed. I then asked to speak to a manager. I was placed on hold for 17 minutes. The manager finally came on and I explained my situation to him he was pretty arrogant and told me basically too bad. He didn't care that I was a valued customer and didn't even make a call to the place my POd was being stored just to check to see if they could accommodate me. Well I need my things so I had to agree to the same day service and pay the $75 extra. Well then I was informed that they would drop off the POD between 7-8am and pick it up by 1:00pm. REALLY??? No guaranteed times, but they can guarantee a 5 hour window for drop off and pick up. So my husband and I have 5 hours to get this huge POD unloaded. We both had recent surgery so this should be fun! I will NEVER use PoD again. They rather get there $75 than help a customer.
