If you want your stuff on time use someone else

We scheduled our redelivery for Friday and confirmed twice, we were told that we would get a call from PODS the night before for an approximate time for delivery, we never received a call. We called PODS and were informed that our delivery had been deleted online, we were upset but said ok and scheduled online for deliveryt the next day. Our delivery was deleted again on the website, we tried two more times and each time it would save our delivery date and we would hit save and the website would delete our delivery date. When we called PODS we were told we could only get it delivered on Saturday and our original scheduled day could no longer be accomodated. We asked for a refund of the redelivery charge and they would not agree to that only a portion. We had already spent about $400 for a POD to be stored for 1 week and moved 30 miles and a redelivery charge would be $81. Ms Perez on the phone would not let us speak to a manager and kept trying to get us to call back the next day. We are planning a move into our new house in 3 months and will not be using PODS. I also work for a major employer in the Detroit area and my company is moving over 2,500 families from out of state to Detroit in January I am apart of the team that is assisting our employees with movers and storage companies and PODS is now off of our list after my bad experience as well as two of my co-workers. Save your sanity and call someone else.
