Horrible service... Never got the $50 gift certificate - international channel

We ordered a International Hindi channel and we were promised a $50 American Express Giift card within 3 months of the service. It has been more than 9 months and each and every time we are given the run by the so called unresponsive customer service agents. Last when I spoke to them, they told us they had sent the gift card and someone had already encashed it; they refused to give us any details of the card and hung up the phone... Horrible service... Save yourself!!!
