Dishonest Amazon Gift Card promo

I switched from Comcast to Dish because I was offered a $100 Amazon gift card.

It has been 4 months, 5 phone calls to customer service, 10 "chats", escalated to the customer service manager on call and have still not received the gift card.

I was also told to call the gift card center which I did twice and they told me Dish has not given them any information about my account.

The worst for me was the manager I spoke with actually told me I would receive it in 3-5 days and still no gift card. It was like he purposely lied to placate me so I would go away.

I find this extremely unprofessional and now at the point of false advertising.

I have reported them to the BBB and will cancel my service and never sign up with this company again.

And I am telling all my family, friends, co-workers, facebook friends, and twitter what is happening.

Maybe I can save someone else from wasting their time like I have trying to resolve this.
