Your Customer Service is is appalling. I have been a card holder for the last nine months and I have paid my balances on time every single month and I have never been late. I went to check my app on my IPHONE and the account stated my card was cancelled. I called customer service imediately and was told I had no balance due. I then asked why my account showed as cancelled and I was then transfered and placed on hold for over 22 min. I hung up and called back - after holding for a few minute I spoke to a customer service REP and she stated my credit FICO score was the reason for the cancelation. My current credit score is almost 30 points higher then when I applyed for the card. She suggested I apply to reinstate my card which costs $25.00.
The worst part is I was never notified either by email or regular mail or a simple phone call. As being rated as a top performer in customer service the is downright horrible.
