Wal_Mart Customer Service - Wii U deluxe set

I am so disappointed in Wal-Mart for hiring such incompetant customer service people/managers. Nobody knows what the heck is going on or about the items on-line? I wanted to pre-order a Wii U console (deluxe set.) The price SHOULD BE $349.99, not priced at $409.00 (but when looked today on the site they lowered it to $399.00. Every other store ex: Best Buy, K Mart, Toys R us, Sears, and Nintendo are selling it for the real price of $299.99Basic set / deluxe set at $349.99. No one in customer service yet alone corporate (so the manager said he was from corporate-if so very unintelligent.) I would love to order elsewhere, but all pre-orders are sold out at other stores. Why is Wal-mart RIPPING OFF the consumer by jacking up the price on this product??? Maybe its because you cant find this item anywhere, and they have consumers cornered by jacking up the price. Shame on you Wal_mart. Forgot to mention Your getting same bundle packs elsewhere so everything that everybodyelse is selling at lower price is the exact same as Wal-Mart.com.
