Kathleen Sicard is a thief who just moved to Maui about a year ago, and she uses people's kindness and good will to get handouts. She stole from me and my family. She obtained papers and personal records that belong to our family. She couldn't pay her rent so she borrowed money from everyone in the town, and never paid them back. She is like a grandmother type who is really a con artist.
