Kathleen Wilcox was our sales representative for Empire Today and she was wonnderful! She was very knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I... Especially since we did not really know what we wanted. Kathleen reviewed all of the options with us and explained the pros and cons of several floor types. We were only planning to get the flooring in one room replaced, but Kathleen selected and applied promotions that met our price range for 2 rooms and a bathroom.

She also gave us great inetrior decorating tips that were affordable and completely unrealted to the flooring!
