Kathleen Patton, Kathleen Kimmel-Patton, & Director Of 'non-profit' Crossing The Digital Divide HAS DONE IT AGAIN! Yes, there is yet another victim!

It is VERY unfortunate but the con-artist, scammer, manipulator, abuser and freeloader Kathleen Patton (aka Kathleen Kimmel - Patton) has done it again!
She has been living at my best friend's home as a "roomate" for the past 8 months.

Red flag: her check for first month of rent bounced (she then honored it but not before playing victim and making my friend feel like the abuser).
Red flag: little by little taking possession of the "common areas" in the apartment including the space he uses as office, which she knew about before renting the room. She does not allow him to have guests, not even business' meetings at HIS apartments, he has to vacate his home office (part of the living-room) at 6pm so that she can watch TV (by the way, his TV set).

Everything that is said in these Rip - Off Reports, she's done. Absolutely everything: from the soft voice, to the manipulating, to the hiding behind her "goodness" for directing a non-profit. From accusing him of verbal abuse (let me tell you, I have known this man for 30 years and I don't know a more gentle soul) and making the place "not safe" Kathleen Patton was given notice to vacate this apartment 3 times and 3 times she somehow manipulated my friend into letting her stay some more time. The last notice to vacate, though, was firm and he gave her 60 days. Final.

The final day should be March 31st. She still owes part of the March' rent and all utilities. He posted an ad online to get a new roommate, and was very polite to give ms. Patton 24 hours notice to show the room. Someone came to the apartment and she embarrased him by not letting them into her room, her door was locked.

Today, March 30th she said very matter of fact, that she not only doesn't have the money to pay the past due rent and expenses, but that SHE IS STAYING!!! FOR FREE!!!

My friend is about to have a nervous breakdown and we need your help, all prior victims. PLEASE give us a word of advise. I believe that what this CON-ARTIST is doing is criminal and she should be stopped!

Someone suggested in their report that ms. Patton must be on drugs. I think she suffers from some kind of serious mental illness and that she is a real threat to society. SHE SHOULD BE STOPPED!!! This is very sad and scary. I am considering moving in and rent that room, but we don't know what to do, how to get her out inmediately..

The reason why my friend is renting a room in his place is because he became unemployed and can't afford to pay the entire rent, let alone attorneys and legal advise.
Can someone help, PLEASE?
