I just happened to check my account and I see a charge for $30. I then called my bank and they let me know where this charge came from. I called palm loans and spoke to 440 she told me the only way I can be Refunded is if I apply for a loan that I don't want. Now I have to go through the trouble with my bank to dispute this charge.
