I was checking over my bank account and noticed a charge that I did not authorize. I called my bank to dispute and they gave me a phone number to call this company, Palm Loan Advances, which by they way I never applied for a loan from them. The first number I was given wasn't even in service, the second number which is 1-866-789-3114 did work, yet the person I talked to was plain out rude. I explained that I did not authorize this charge and to please refund my money. The man I spoke with insisted that I needed a loan from them and as I repeatedly said I wasn't interested, he began to offer me $100 gift vouchers for gas. After about 15 times of repeating I wasn't interested, he said they would refund me within 15 days and asked me to hold for my confirmation number, then he proceeded to hang up on me. All I got here was the runaround. Needless to say I will be calling my bank back to dispute the charges and hopefully they can get it settled for me.
