When checking my bank account I noticed that there was a debit of $30.00 that was not authorized by me from Palm Loan Advances. I called them and spoke with a person that I could not understand because of her broken English also she did not let me know she was recording the conversation until I ask. I could tell it was being recorded but she was to let me know that the conversation was being recorded. I was told that the $30.00 was a processing fee. I did not apply with them for a loan. I agree with the other that this is a scam.
