I was ust looking a what zipbidz was all about and tried a bid. They asked for my credit information. I just thought it was in case I won a bid they would have that info. After I typed in the information my account was charged $99.00. I didn't know what for and when I called them they said I purchased a pkg to bid from. I told them I wasn't interested in the pkg and just wanted a refund. After a heated discussion they gave me a $49.00 refund and said I could keep the total bidding points. I still wanted a full refund. They refused. So, after people bid on an item with 12 seconds or less for 2 hours I put in a few bids. After it went to (GOING) I bid a few more times but never knew what the latest bid was or when it was ending. I just want my remaining $49.00 refunded from this Company.
