I was just looking at zipbids to see what it was all about and decided to try a bid. It asked for my info and just thought it was for use after I should win a bid. As soon as my information was put it my account was charged $99.00. I called them right away and they refused to refund that amount. After a heated discussion they gave me a $40.00 refund and said I could keep all the same points. Well I bid on an item and waited over two hours on 12 sec. And less. When it finally went to "Going" I bid again but it never tells you what the bid is or how long you have. I just want my remainder funds of $50.00 refunded.
