Ripoff creidt card scam

Well, a couple of weeks ago I noticed that 149.95 was taken out of my account and caused me to overdraft. So I decided to send wachovia bank an email to find out what happened and why this charge was on my account.

They told me that it was a company by the name of USA Benefits and they even gave me a number to call. They told me what procedures I should take to get this taken care of and I started to fill out the form to fax off but I got a little busy.

I even called the company after hours I guess cause i got this automated voicemail. So I thought it wasn't going to happen again.

Then today, I checked my account because I had to pay my rent and USA Benefits took 149.95 out of my account leaving me unable to ay my rent. So I called them all angry, waited on the line for about 8 min.

So finally a lady came on the line asked for my social and confirmed all of my info. I was wondering as she told me these things how they got them. So I proceeded to ask her what kind of company it was and she said that they were a credit card company that gave credit limits up to $12,000.

So I told her the problem and she asked was it unauthorized and i said yes because I really didn't know what it was. I was anyways told that if you had to ay to get something then it wasn't worth it, so it didn't even sound like me to do so. She then said that I could be refunded but it would take two business days or so for it to post to their company and 5-7 days before my refund.

She gave me a confirmation number, her name and her direct ext. So, I'll let you know if I get my refund. If I don't then I'm going to take legal actions.
