Paint on clothing

Went for lunch after hospital appointment, husband went into washroom and got paint all over his new legion coat I bought him recently. Two other men had the same thing happen to them they were very upset and then my husband came out with the same sleeve with paint on it. The manager was good and immediately got the paint off but I don'[t think the lunch hour is a good time to be painting washrooms and that could be done in the evening when not busy.
