Bad paint labo

I got a car painted by Earl Scheib Paint & Body and the paint job price was low, so I can't expect the best, but at least I was expecting a good labor like no extra paint like they did not cover things right, there was paint under the hood, the turn signal lights had paint on it, and a few other places. And the paint quality did not last for the year, as they give you a year. Some parts of the paint was coming off around some edges and some tiny pops on the hood.
