I placed a order for dog treats and then they connected to a person (Eric Thomas) from Caribbean Cruise Line who offered me a 2 day 2 night plus $50.00 cash Bahama Cruise for 4 people. This reservation was for anytime from 10 through 4/19. Today I called 1-800-237-3503 to schedule the trip for November 19 and was told I had to pay an additional $408.00 dollars. They said I only paid for 2 people and to add the extra 2 I needed to pay $129.00 pp for Port taxes along with an additional $150 for the room to accommadate 4 people. This info was given to me by Calvin at X4271. The reservation # is KZ102211-057. Please help me get my money back.
