Will not warranty new home - buyer beware!

We had a contract with the builder/seller - Holland Homes-the home was built in Salado, Texas at 2117 Southbend Salado, Tx 76571. We signed a contract to buy home at the end of Dec. Builder signed. Then our mortgage lender told us that per FHA guidelines builder/seller must provide a 10 yr limited warranty on the home. Re-wrote contract with provisions of warranty and the builder refused to sign the new contract. He said his lawyer told him not to. If you build a house and you beleive in your work why would you not want to provide a warranty. You let us waste a month trying to buy your home. Not only did you upset me, you upset my children. I hope you sit on that house forever! And no one buys it. I also hope everyone in the world reads this and DOES NOT ever buy a house that you build.
