Exactly the same thing happened to me i sent for a free sample from this firm an recieved a card through the post to collect and pay customs charge of £19 67. Then they took £61 04 out of my credit card i imediatley cancelled my card with the bank and since then they have tried to take £61 three times in three weeks. I didnt collect the parcel as i couldt afford the money but today after appx 3 weeks a small jar of cream arrived through my door...
