A few weeks ago I ordered 2 free samples of skin cream where I paid only for postage.
I received only one product but today (9th October) I received a card from post office telling me I had a parcel to collect where the full postage of £20.17 is due before I can collect it.
Also checked my bank account and found £63.63 taken on 1st october without me ordering any more products.
Please help if you can.
