I ordered a free sample of sylk skin in September and paid the postage of £2.93 5p (not sure what reason the 5p was for) now I find that £61.68 has been taken out of my account, I did not order any items from this company I've also received a card from the post office saying I have to pay £20.18 to collect a package from them it also says there's a customs charge. This is the same company.
