These people are the biggest bunch of villains ever. My daughter bought a dress from them 9 months ago. It took so long to arrive she had to find another dress for the event she was going to. When it did arrive we sent it back and because it was their fault it had taken so long to arrive, they agreed to pay a full refund. Since then I have had email after email from Christina King (and a cluster of other fictitious characters) telling me that it was a top priority and the refund would be paid immediately. 9 months later the money has still not been refunded as they undertook to do and there is now no reply to any of my emails. Be warned: stay away from this awful company!
