Poor quality review

The dress arrived 6 days after the company claimed it would arrive. Website indicates that the dress are locally made in PA. Numerous calls to the company went unanswered. Emails were not very successful either. The responses I recieved were not informative or solved the problems about the sipping delay. When the dress arrived it was crammed in to a small shipping bag. The sequins were not attached and lying in the bottom of the bag. The seams were not finished and the hem was uneven. I only have 3 days to find and buy a replacement dress. I am not pleased with this company.
