I called the company and explained that I need a formal gown with extra length by a certain date and asked if this would be possible. They were very happy to take my order however the dress did not arrive on time and was sent to me at the hotel where the event I needed the dress for was being held. The dress was not the lenght that was requested and when the company was contacted the requested pictures of the dress which were sent repeatedly. They then explained the could not determine if the dress was the correct lenght from the pictures so it could be sent back. The dress was sent back with the explaination that I expected a refund! I contacted my bank after several months passed and I did not get my refund. It has now been one year and I was informed by "claim" would not be honored as the company believes they met their commitment. I am now out the money for the dress and don't even have the dress or I would be posting the pictures of this ill made and fitting dress on every internet sight I could find!!
