I was searching for a wedding dress online since i went to the local wedding stores and the prices were outrageous! Surfing the web i found tiffanybridals.com found the exact same dress i fell in love with at the store, online. The price difference was a whopping $900. So seeing that i could use paypal to purchase my dress, i went ahead and ordered it. The website states that there are two stages of ordering, which are processing and shipping. I have sent over 15 emails to the website and their response for my dress not arriving? They were waiting to fill the shipment to ship their entire order of that month. But now almost 6 months have passed and the dress is still under "processing" when the payment was charged to my card 15 minutes after ordering the dress. So now, I purchased a dress from a local store (not the one i fell in love with, but i still love this one) and the dress i ordered, it seems, will never arrive. Even when I threatened that I would take legal action against the online store they simply said: "your dress has just been shipped out." Later I tried to get my money back from paypal since it does say that if your item does not arrive or what you ordered does not arrive as described they will refund your purchase, but paypal did not even except my claim since the purchase was not made via ebay. So letting everyone know; paypal is really only serving you if you are using it just for ebay. Never purchase a dress from this online store! The prices may be tempting but its definitively not worth it! I tracked their email responses to a computer in California, but they say their shipments are directly from China. Lesson of the day: Stick to traditional wedding day dress shopping.
