I just happened to see this extra charge for $11.99 from FYE on my bank statement. I called the 1-800 number to FYE and they told me that I signed up for some backstage pass discount. All I bought were some headphones and used my debit card. The operator informed me that this charge has been taken out of my account since Nov. 2011. I never agreed to this and had them cancel the membership. Now all I want is my money back for being scammed.
