Signed up for what I thought was google internet to make extra money. Cost 3.95.3 days later they debit my acct for $74.93. Total Scam. I called them and asked for a refund. Refused!

I signed up for what I thought was google internet service to make extra money. Little did I know this was a scam! I did not mind the $3.95 charge, but when I checked my bank balance a few days later this same company had charged my account to the sum of $74.93.

When I called the 800 number on my account statement from the bank, the person on the other end told me I would get a refund credit back to my account. Even after cancelling that debit card number. But, I was told to call this other number she provided me (how did she know it?) to cancel my subscription. Which I did promptly. The man who answered said he would cancel the account and I would not be charged further charges. He was rude to me when I told him I wanted a refund and better get it! He said I agreed to the terms when I signed up. I told him no way would I have agreed if I knew I was going to be charged $74.93! I told him he had not heard the last of me! These scammers need to STOP ripping people off.
