This company used my checking information to debit my bank account without my authorization. I have never received services from this company, nor did I provide them with my bank information.
I have emailed them several times requesting they refund me my money, and each time I email them they ask me to call their service line. I have attempted to contact their service line 3 times and each time a person answers then hangs up.
I emailed them again advising of the problem I had getting a hold of someone and asked that they have someone call me instead, but they again gave me a general response asking me to call their service line.
I am tired of trying to deal with them and have not had a chance to go into my bank to make an official fraud claim, as I JUST got married and have been out of town.
This company is a dishonest and unethical company. I want my money back.
