TruGenix
Ultra Life Fitness - Hoodia Thin Ultra Crafty Thieves, And Scam Artists Will Debit Your Bank Account!

Health & Medicine

I orderered the FREE trial TruGenix Hoodia for the shipping amount of only $8.97 in Feb. From the internet site. The day after I ordered it, I went on-line, and in doing some research, I found this great site and saw many others in the same situation.

TruGenix is a complete scam to part you with your hard earned money. I called the 800 number the very next day to cancel— I was told by the customer service person that I could not cancel, that they would not have the charge on file and to call back in 10 days - and they never even bothered to ask what I had ordered. After questioning them further, the 10 days became 8 days— "Call back in 8 days."

I immediately contacted my bank and told them I wanted to file a fraud charge, as this scam had been taking place with many others, the bank informed me that the charge was in Pending status, ready to post to my account, so that was a total lie that they (TruGenix) had no information on the charge when I called them orginally. The charge posted on my account the very next day.

I tried to call TruGenix again on about the 4th day, and a rep answered, and immediately put me on hold for 5 minutes. I hungup after no-one came back to the phone and called again. I reached a rep and told her DO NOT PUT ME ON HOLD, and she became very rude and told me the system was down and there was nothing she could do to help - I asked for a supervisor and she informed me she was the supervisor. She said there was no one else to talk to. I told her the company was a complete scam and she answered "Whatever!" I told her I had contacted my bank and I was filing a fraud charge and ended the call.

I tried to call a couple of days later and the phone would be answered, then I would hear three clicks, and a hangup. I attempted this call about 4 times in the same afternoon. I decided to contact via email —: support@trugenix.com. I wrote of the whole ordeal and I wanted my money credited from my bank and I wanted nothing from this company. Well— you get a canned letter from "Monique"— who tells you that: "Change information on you account, cancelation, information on the fitness program anything of that sort you will need to call our customer service Line @ 1-800-757-1279 and a rep can assist you."

WHAT A JOKE! You either get no help or you can't get through to the CS line. I emailed them again, and told them you can't get through on the CS line to cancel and low and behold the same canned email from "Monique"

The really sad part of this is that you get charged for services/products that you don't order or know about. I was lucky, I called quicky and I had a good bank that worked with me and they returned my money. Please stay away from this so-called company. THEY ARE TOTAL LIARS AND CROOKS—PLEASE STEAR CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE! By the way, I never did get my FREE Trial Offer.— but I'm sure if I did it wouldn't work anyway!!
