Ripoff This company took money out of my account that I did NOT authorize

After balancing my checking account I notice that an unauthorized debit was made to my account for the amount of $159.95. I contacted my bank and got the information of the company. I calling the 1-800-430-0672 number and after I was on hold for 25 minutes a guy finally answered. I told him what had happend, after he was so rude to me he proceeded to tell me he was not authorized to talk to me about this and an authorized customer service representative will contact me within 24- 28 business hours. I have yet recieved a call back. I have tried to call this number back several times and I still get the same thing. I get NO answer and just a recorded telling me to email them. I emailed them and again NO response.

I will continue to call this number until I get a response I will NOT take no for an answer on this issue. They took money from me and I want answers to why they did this. I have contacted my bank, filled out the papers showing this was fraud on my account, as well as filing a police report about this company as well.
