I purchased 3 bottles of Deravera online from Doctors RX. It makes my eyes water and skin break out in hive-like bumps. Their site at Deravera.com says to contact them to request a refund. I did as stated. I received an email back asking me questions about allergies, what else I use on my skin and they recommended I see a physician. No information on returning the product. I sent an email asking for return product information and they responded with an email that said "We need answers to be responded to prior to offering a return authorization number". So unless I answer their survey I won't get my money back. Their return policy states nothing about this.
