I purchased Derma Wand online and received it on April 4/13. I used the wand twice daily with lotions provided. After 30 days I did not see any results. Derma Wand did not include an invoice or any documentation with my product. It took a week of online searching to obtain an address where I could return the product and request a refund. When I saw the ad on TV it stated 30 days of use and a full refund if not satisfied. I received an email from ming@ib3health.com stating they would not give me a refund because I did not return the product prior to the 30 day guarantee. How could one use the product for 30 days free and return prior to the 30 days? In the online guarantee it also stated the lotions would be mine to keep - Ming made comment that I had used the product and therefore they could not give me refund.

With no documentation or written address I was very uncertain if I should return the product to the USA or Canada. On the email Ming included what I believe may be an invoice # of IN0075305.

I have purchased many times online and have never had a problem so I am very disappointed in the manner in which this sale and return has been handled. I still hold hope you will make a refund for the $140.00 which I paid for the Derma Wand. Thank you.
