They charged my account $30.00 I never authorized this charge. I tryed calling to get my money back and all the lady did was try to offer me a gas card for $100 and would not give me my refund. When I asked to talk to a manager she said they didn't have one at this time. BS, Cause when my husband got on the phone and said he is in the army than he asked to talk to a manager she than gave the phone over to a man named Travis. He told my husband that it would take a couple days for a refund but again it wasn't true. I called several times and sent emails requesting a refund of my money but they will NOT give it to me. I reported this company to my bank and they are taking action. I am also going to go make a police report. This company "Pacific Advances" will NOT get away with this!
