Had to pay $357 for a new ignition for my 2003 ford focus

I have a 2003 ford focus. There has been an ongoing occurance with this car with regards to their ignitions. I have less than 30,000 and only 2 days over my 3 years (xmas was one of those days). Christmas day my wheel locked up & I had to have it towed home, because I was leaving the next day. I got home 2 days later to have it towed to ford & spent $356 to have them put a new one in.

Ford is very aware of this ongoing problem with the Ford focus's and refuses to do a recall. I am a single mom, & this could have happened while I was driving. They need to recall these cars before other people get hurt.
