Same as some of the other reports, refusal of returns for very poor knockoffs. At request of return, they ask to send them pictures. I sent a bunch and they still fight giving a fair return, as mentioned, outrageous restocking fees, try to resell it and get something else at a discount, they will give your friends a discount, they have been in business for year and their customers are very happy (all lies). All this in poor broken English. Then after over a dozen emails, they will offer you something ridiculous like 3% of your money back. They only spent $4 to ship the piece of garbage to me and I would have to pay for shipping and the restocking fee is about the price of the purse. No customer assistance, they just keep beating around the bush. Horrible ripoff site that needs to be exposed and shutdown.
