Horrible wig

I ordered a wig from these people i saw on their site and you tube. When i received the wig, it was not as pictured on their site or you tube. The wig was thin and the curls were very loose, not at all as pictured. I ran my fingers through the wig and the curls fell out on one side. I didn't even try the wig on. I immediately called customer service and told the representative what was going on with the wig. He told me to ship it back. I said i was not going to pay any more money in shipping, because i had just paid 13.00 in shipping. A total of 42.00. He told me the return policy stated i had to pay my own shipping and then get reimbursed. I read the policy and it stated, "if the wig was defective, and it was sent back within 7 days, then they would pay the shipping. I called back and spoke to the supervisor (angela) who agreed to send a pepaid return label. She sent me pictures of a replacement wig, but did not finger comb the curls to show if that wig was defective. She took pictures of the wig straight from the bag. Therefore i declined. This company only refunded part of my money and said that the wig had been used and that it had a smell. The wig was never tried on and any smell it had was on it when it arrived. When i called the company and voiced my complaint (angela) read a totaly different return policy than what was originally on their site. There was no mention of not being able to style of finger comb the wig. Angela did not even mention this to me during our first conversation. Now mysteriously the return policy is different than it was when i purchased the wig.

I will never do business with company again. The wig i purchased was from the harlem 125 collection. It is an inferior product and definitely not worth the money. This is a bate and switch company. I will never do business with them again
