I called and requested the above company to close my account with them as what I paid for was not what I received. Plus they charged me the above amount after I closed the account. I first requested a 3 day trial and that was supposed to be only $2.79 for that, but instead they upgraded me to a platnium account and charged me $17.17, that's when I called and cancelled everything. They ripped me off as far as I'm concerned.
