Received a trail order for revivalift creme and I was charged to credit card. After that order I called and cancelled because of skin irritations. I received an e-mail that my account was closed but I received another creme and was charged to my account again. I called again and was told that my account was still active but would close it buy I would be billed for the one sent at a lower price. So I am stuck with a product I cannot use and paying for something $45.00 just to close my account. If they indeed do close it— have to wait and see.
