I bought some wellington boots from their online shop and they were delivered two weeks later and were not suitable. So i sent them back and asked for a refund and that was 2 months ago and they have made excuses and keep saying the admin team is on to it!
Now i have threatened them with legal ie bank they say they will definately not give me a refund?
