Help - Shower Panel VG08005

Do not buy from surplus decor!!!
We purchased a shower panel Vego VG08005 from Surplus Decor. Upon installation of the unit it was discovered that it did not work (only hot or cold water was coming out of the shower, no warm water). Surplus Decor directed us to the manufacturer who despite a few attempts was unable to repair the problem. We were instructed to send the product back to Surplus Decor. It left our house in perfect condition but apparently arrived in the Surplus Decor facility with some scratches and a big hole in the box. We are unable to determine what happened but we know that we were sold a product that did not perform as described on the Surplus Decor site. It did not perform as a shower unit at all and they do not want to take any responsibility for it. Bad, bad customer service.
