Ordered via phone Nuwave cooktop buy one get one free offer for $99.99. During conversation I was offered several different products, refusing some and agreeing to others, as a result I lost track of what was actually agreed to being told only shipping and handling costs would be added to the $99.99. When I rec'd the product the invoice indicated my credit card was charged $239.84. I immediately called the number on the invoice and left a message questioning the total amount billed. No response, called again, unable to speak to anyone.in the meantime I have used the product, false advertising, does not work as seen on tv. I have been taken advantage of and misinformed, even if I did return the product I would still be out the shipping and handling charge of $139.85. Total misrepresentation of the facts, this company should not be allowed to do business in this manner. Product is of inferior quality, the manner in which this company does business is fraudulent.
