I saw the offer on TV and wanted to give it to my wife as a gift for our anniversary. The rep said it would be shipped within 24 hours of 10/17. I understood that the product would be at my house no later than 10/19. Our anniversary was 10/20. I thought for sure since the Nuwave PIC didn't arrive on 10/19, the Nuwave PIC would be at our door any minute on 10/20. I kept telling my wife to look at the front door for her gift. The product came late in the afternoon of 10/23/12! My wife and I was so disappointed that we haven't even opened the box (so I'm not sure if all the items I ordered are in the box). I can't believe I was mislead about the delivery date after being severely overcharged for shipping and Handling (even the Nuwave rep said the price for shipping and handling is outrageous). I will never buy another product from this company again.
