My husband purchased the Nuwave precision cooktop offer through the infomercial on tv. After seeing how much we were charged for shipping and handling we have decided to return products. We were charged $154.75 for shipping and handling. It will cost me $ 52.76 to send it back. There is no justification on why we were charged so much. No one can explain it. No one can give meCEO name of company so I can contact. We called to get return instructions and got the run around for one and a half hours. The customer service dept. Was a joke. This company should be sued. There are hundreds of unhappy customers.
