My husband ordered the "free trial" for me. After charging us the shipping cost (which he agreed to), we then received a charge of$98.16 on the credit card. I called the company and received a cancellation notification on my email that "any ongoing or future charges have been cancelled" but they would not refund the credit charge. What kind of free trial is it if you are charged for what you use to try it? This company shouldn't be allowed on the internet.
